The Honest Company Raises 2026 Outlook as Personal Care and Wipes Drive Organic Growth

THE WHAT? The Honest Company reported 6.7% organic revenue growth in the second quarter of 2026, driven by its wipes and personal care portfolio, prompting the company to raise its full-year outlook.

THE DETAILS Revenue for Q2 fell 10.9% to US$83.3 million, reflecting strategic business exits and lower diaper sales, while organic revenue increased 6.7% to US$80.2 million. Growth was led by wipes and personal care products, which The Honest Company has identified as higher-growth, higher-margin platforms and is supporting with increased marketing investment. Gross margin increased to 48.4%, while net income rose to US$10.7 million. Following the quarter, the company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to US$319 million-US$325 million and now expects organic revenue growth of 5%-7%

THE WHY? For the personal care industry, the results highlight The Honest Company’s strategy of concentrating investment behind higher-growth categories rather than pursuing top-line growth across its entire portfolio. The performance of wipes and personal care suggests the company’s portfolio rationalisation is beginning to strengthen its underlying growth profile.
